The staff were very amiable and fabulously friendly, provided us with a newly decorated room on the water. Booked the hotel for its perfect and magnificent location so close to shops and beaches😀

The staff here were really friendly, the rooms were tidy and located by the water, and the facilities like the microwave, air conditioning, and coffee/tea making equipment were just perfect.

Greatly enjoyed my such great stay for a short visit. The setting was magnificent, just next door to shops & beaches, club and other tourist attractions. It also was in a residential neighborhood.

The room was big size, well-equipped with lockers and sofas and really bed, I was pleased. The stuff was really helpful and fairly friendly and the pool area was lovely. The location was lovely, close to all the popular beaches!

The coffee/tea making machines and refrigerator in my caravan were a nice touch. The bed was really comfortable and the staff were friendly. The hotel's location was great - just a short walk to Batemans Bay Marina.

The holiday park had a decent barbecue area and a refreshing pool for a quick dip. The location was great, near the beach and shops. We also enjoyed the friendly staff who welcomed us with a smile.

The dorm room we were allocated was cramped with inadequate locks on the door and a broken mosquito net. The overall quality of the room was poor and we did not feel comfortable.
